Coconut Grove, FL- With the New Year only a few weeks behind us, this unique and innovative way to tone and learn exotic dance moves while boosting your body image and self confidence is “The Art of Exotic Dancing for Everyday Women®”. These weekly exotic dance workout classes promise to evoke infectious energy and will create a moving and memorable experience for all women of every age and every shape. The Art of Exotic Dancing for Every Day Women’s® Weekly Exotic Dance Workout Classes in Coconut Grove will be held Every Thursday, 7p-8p, at The Studio @ The Grove, 2964 Aviation Avenue, Coconut Grove, FL 33133. This class is not about stripping away clothing, but rather about boosting the self-confidence of women through a series of exercises including eye contact.
