ABC's " I Survived A Japanese Game Show"
If you want to tackle the craziest challenges on TV, then apply now! You MUST be at least 21 years old, a US resident and have a US passport valid through May 2009 to participate. They will be accepting applications nationwide, but will also hold open calls in 7 cities.

Location:
Located on the corner of 183rd and Biscayne Blvd inside The Bank of America building, on the 3rd floor. Less than a mile away from the Aventura Mall.
When exiting the elevator we are the first office on the left.
Parking:
Available in the back of the Bank of America Parking Lot, or please park in the Fresh Market Parking Lot next door, or the Ross Parking lot.
From Miami:
Take 1-95 North to Exit 16, (Ives Dairy Road). Turn right (East) onto Ives Dairy Road and go to Biscayne Blvd (one mile). Turn right (South), onto Biscayne Blvd and continue straight past the Aventura Mall to NE 183rd street Williams Island Bvld, make a left turn. (Look for the Bank of America)
From Ft. Lauderdale:
