FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan 14, 2009 -
From political milestones to the next A-list celebrity scandal, Collegenews.com is an excellent source of both serious and popular news for all college students. College News is about to redesign their site to allow readers to submit worthy news articles and editorial in order to gain journalistic experience.

The new submission mechanism will send articles straight to the editorial department at Collegenews.com and articles will be promptly published if they contain newsworthy and timely information as well as editorial.

Zack Teibloom, a Collegenews.com editor, says, “Collegenews.com is growing, and this is one of the features that we hope will really make our site stand out from the rest.” The Web site will give readers a national audience to which they can broadcast their opinions.

Readers can also participate in the Collegenews.com community by voting in various polls and reading the blogs on the site. As an extra incentive, readers can enter monthly contests that give away spring break trips and school apparel. College News also offers free subscriptions of its magazine, College News Magazine.
