Winnipeg, Manitoba - Protegra is pleased to be named among the top 50 Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada. This is the first year that Protegra has participated in this survey. The study, now in its fifth year, is published in the Globe and Mail. Protegra ranks number one on the list.
"Being chosen as the best small and medium employer is a great honour that we all share as part of an exceptional organization,”
Becoming a top Best Small and Medium Employer is a very detailed and competitive process. This national award program recognizes top employers with between 50 and 400 employees.
The rankings are primarily determined using the results from Employee Opinion Surveys. Here, 18 key engagement drivers are detailed and analyzed. The evaluation process also includes the assessment of organization practices and perspectives from the leadership team. Study partners include Queen's School of Business, Queen’s Centre for Business Venturing and Hewitt Associates.
Wadood Ibrahim will also be a guest for an on-line interactive question and answer session on the Globe and Mail’s website at 12:00 p.m. (GMT-06:00) central time. The purpose of the session is to lend knowledge and experience to people who might want to take away some lessons on how they might better run or work for companies considered top employers.
Protegra helps companies in a variety of industries around the world identify and solve tough business performance challenges to enable sales, operations and information technology.
