With the planned festivities to celebrate St David’s Week in Swansea, the Dylan Thomas Centre will be offering culinary delights for a Welsh Gourmet Night on Wednesday 25 February at 8pm.
Gabrielle Caruso, Head Chef at the Dylan Thomas Centre will craft a sumptuous 4-course menu using only the finest local produce in celebration of Welsh cuisine.
Jonathan Player, Manager of the Dylan Thomas Centre said “What better way to celebrate our patron saint than an evening of fine wine and food served in the historic surroundings of the Dylan Thomas Centre?”
“The menu includes a starter, fish course main course and desert while alternatives will be available for vegetarians”
A Welsh harpist will add to the atmosphere of the night adding. Plus, there are a range of welsh wines and spirits available on the night.
