www.employmentcooperative.co.uk basically does one of three things, they put it this way on their website:
1) You join one of our teams that shares or compliments your skills and your experience and you work within the contracts that we gain. The nature of this work depends on the skills and experience of the members involved, this may be highly skilled, unskilled, administrative, physical etc. If we need further personnel to the offer these services than we simply recruit people for work in these areas.
2) You may wish to work independently of us but want us to find you employment pertaining to your skills (these could be anything at all, whether a massage therapist, child minder or bodyguard!) For as long as you are a member, we will continue to market you through advertising, press releases, direct contact with potential employers/clients and acquisition of contracts.
3) You may wish to form a company, but need a couple of workers to join you, who have knowledge in your field. You may also be unsure about how to actually legally start a company and get over that initial period in which 80% of companies fail. We can provide you with potential business partners, establishing and growing a business, for as long as you remain a member.
One of the things that is not mentioned here is that if you simply wish them to find you more clients for an existing business you have, no matter how small, is that they will build a website for you and host it (all within five days of signing up) at no extra cost! This really is the difference between a company that genuinely wants to help get people into employment and a company that is simply out for itself. These guys are the real deal.
So, in short they will either employ you in whatever field of employment you wish to work in, or they'll set you up in business to do it independently.
Employees that may use www.employmentcooperative.co.uk love the fact that that do not pay any fees for using its employees, unlike the heavy fees imposed by standard agencies.
So, how does the employment cooperative make any money? They charge their members £15 per month to remain employed by them or remain 'under their wing', but the member can sever ties with the cooperative whenever they wish, without notice, so there are no real issues here.
So, employees, contact them and see how much they can beat your current employment agencies fees by (remember, they don't add anything for themselves on top of the employees wages) and job seekers, give them a call if you want to work in the job YOU want, rather than simply what’s available or even if you simply want to set up your own business.
So, take a look at www.employmentcooperative.co.uk and see how works...
