Key Holding
Holding a minimum of 2 sets of keys to your property in our safe, making Antalya Homes your local point of contact for you and your clients. It provides access to the property for your authorized guests.

Regular property visits
Antalya Homes visits your property once a month opening all windows and doors so as to air the property. They flush the toilets to avoid sour odours as well as looking for any damage.  Ensure the terrace is kept tidy. Pipes and the gutters are free of blockage.

Bill and tax payment
Antalya Homes pays your utility bills, property and environment taxes and maintenance fee on your behalf with your authorisation.

Posts
They collect any mail from your postbox and forward them to your home address if required.

Delegation
On your request Antalya Homes will attend owners association or community meetings on your behalf, voice any of your requests.

Damage control
They visit your property to check for damages. If needed, Antalya Homes team respond immediately to all maintenance requirements.

Craftmen assistance
They advice you about any necessary repairs to maintain your property in good condition. They help you to find handy men, painters and craftsmen when needed.

Insurance assistance
Antalya Homes assists you to insure your property on your cost and in case of insured damage occuring, take the legal action according to Turkish laws.

Preparing for your holiday
Before your arrival we prepare your home to spare your time.  Also, they control all your appliances (gas, water, electricity) are in working order. If required, Antalya Homes arrange home cleaning at its cost, and fridge filling service before your arrival at its cost. They help you renting a car.

Airport transfer
Property management package includes one airport-property-airport transfer a year. Other airport transfers are arranged at its cost.
