BeCheeky.com have only recently celebrated their third birthday and this successful news completes what has been a great year for the young and thriving fashion company who have retained their place as the UK’s number 2 in Online Multi Branded Lingerie & Swimwear, an impressive feat given the worsening economic climate. On what was initially widely predicted to be the best Christmas shopping day of the year, Monday 8th December, BeCheeky.com saw sales volume rise by 75% and turnover up by 85% on the same day in 2007. While the 19th to 23rd saw sales rise to being 80% up on the same dates in 2007 and proved predictions that Christmas shoppers would wait even later to shop in 2008 to be true.

Having secured a second round of investment in summer 2008 from key groups, including Yorkshire Fund Managers, BeCheeky.com have channelled their marketing efforts, headed by Justine Wyness, into a strategy geared towards reminding consumers of the stylish, fun and sensual designer lingerie that BeCheeky has to offer, while drawing new attention to the fact that the product range is highly affordable. Plus, a number of key website design and usability upgrades launched in October, while in December sophisticated search software was introduced ensuring a fun, easy and effortless shopping experience in time for the peak Christmas trading spell. Their January Sale is now well underway and proving popular, while new Valentines and Spring/Summer collections will be arriving imminently.
