Jan. 13, 2009 - Parsvnath Hotels Limited have finalised 8 five star hotels in the cities of Indore, Jodhpur, Chandigarh, Goa, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Kochi. Parsvnath Hotels Limited (PHL). PHL would develop world-class hotels in leisure, business and religious segments all over India. In our first phase of development, we have finalised 20 hotel and serviced apartment projects all over India under different star categories in stand alone and mixed use model. These hotels and serviced apartments would have an inventory of about 2700 rooms.
We have finalised 2 four star projects in the cities of Lucknow & Mohali and 3 three star projects in the cities of Shirdi, Ujjain, Delhi (Seelampur). We have finalised 2 serviced apartments; one each in Chandigarh and Bhiwadi. PDL is also developing Special Economic Zones (SEZ) in different parts of the country. PHL has finalised serviced apartments in 5 SEZ projects of Dehradun, Gurgaon, Indore, Kochi and Hyderabad.
