10 Ways to Build Your Buyers List
Everyone knows how important it is to have a good buyers list, but yet this is where most people fail. So let’s look at the top 10 ways to build your buyers list.
1. Craigslist.org run ads on craigslist to build your buyers list. If you are whole sailing, you could run something like for a free list of 15 discounted properties call xxx-xxx-xxxx.
2. Backpages.com is very similar to craigslist.org and you could run the same type of ads.
3. Talk with local realtors and see if they work with investors. Then find out what type of properties they buy.
4. Go to foreclosure auction and pass out business cards to the buyers that are there. Let them know that you come across properties like this one.
5. Squeeze page to capture buyer’s information when you use online advertising. A squeeze page is nothing more than one page that tells your buyers what type of properties you have. Then they can enter in their name and email for a free report. Now you have their contact information and can email them your properties.
6. Look in the real estate transaction of your local paper and see who is buying properties in the area. Then contact them and see what kind of properties they buy.
7. Band it signs / We buy house ads call and find out what they buy. Ask them what area they buy in and price range. Let them know you will contact them when you have a deal that fits their needs.
8. Fax blast Mortgage brokers looking for buyers, that have bad credit that can be used for lease option or owner financing.
9. Fax blast Real Estate Agents letting them know that you have properties for sale.
10. Letting everyone you come in contact with you buy and sell houses. You should set a number everyday on how may business cards you will hand out.
