Toronto, Canada – GAO RFID Inc. (www.GAORFID.com) recommends its cost effective 433MHz Active RFID Tag for Small Assets (GAO 124018). This optimized tag is compact and specially designed for asset tagging applications on metallic surfaces or plastics containing and high metal content such as laptops, IT equipment, vehicles and transport media. This advanced active tag is powered by an internal battery and will transmit a radio frequency signal at pre-set time-intervals for the duration of its life. Encapsulated in a molded plastic case, it is able to withstand harsh environments.
GAO’s 433MHz RFID Tag (GAO 124018) provides the following features:
   Compact size
   Low power consumption
   Collision avoidance algorithm
   Configurable settings, including Site/Vendor ID, Tag ID, Transmission, Repetition Interval and Alarm functions
   Compatible with the following RFID Readers – GAO-214001, GAO-4015, GAO214016, and GAO-214013
