Seeing how David H Brooks was one of the largest defense contractors for manufacturing body armor, David H Brooks had always been exposed to the ugly side of providing lifesaving equipment to our soldiers and law enforcement officials alike. This sparked a fire in David H Brooks, for years David H Brooks wanted to do something very special for all of those who have given so much, so he finally started a non profit foundation for our troops.
