Gaetano's Restaurant of Red Bank is pleased to announce the first in a series of Cooking Classes to be held in the restaurant on Tuesday January 20, 2009. Aspiring Monmouth County cooks will learn how to prepare a traditional Italian three course dinner from start to finish.
Gaetano's cooking class will show you how to prepare homemade fettuccini from scratch, then walk you step by step through the making of a Prosciutto wrapped White Asparagus appetizer. While you are enjoying your appetizer, Gaetano's will use the just made fettuccini to prepare a Fettuccini Gamberi entree. After serving the freshest pasta in Monmouth County, Gaetano's will show you how to make a homemade Zabaglione.

Gaetano's Cooking Classes run from 7pm until 9pm, and are $45 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Classes are limited to the first twenty people who register. Price includes the meal; soda, brewed iced tea, coffee and hot tea. Geatano's does have a license to sell wine, but you may bring your own as well.
