Shane Bull Brings Smoothie King to Olde Raleigh Village

Jan. 7, 2009 - PRLog -- RALEIGH, NC – Shane Bull, a Triangle commercial real estate advisor and broker with Richards Commercial Properties, recently assisted in brokering space for Smoothie King in Olde Raleigh Village.  The store is the second to open in Raleigh and is operated by Louisiana native, Guy Catoir.  Spencer Borders, a broker with CB Richard Ellis, represented the landlord.

Like several of Bull’s clients, Catoir was an out-of-state franchisee searching for a store location in the Triangle area.  Being unfamiliar with the area, Catoir relied on his corporate office to provide him with local real estate contacts.  He was quickly connected with Bull and George Richards from Richards Commercial Properties.
