The Economic Downturn And High STD Rates Your pockets Aren't The Only Thing Hurting

With many Americans out of work they seem to be finding other ways to fill their new found time, playing in the bedroom, but this has created a fast climbing spike in STDs according to health professionals.

Jan. 7, 2009 - PRLog -- Health professionals working with the organization Your STD Help have seen an unusual spike in sexually transmitted diseases among those out of work affected by the economic downturn across America.

Using different forms of data including website statistics and Government  health submissions it's been found that when people are out of work they find other ways to use up that extra time. Unfortunately people aren't being as responsible as they should. "Slowly we've seen the numbers of STD infections climbing at around the same pace as the unemployment rate" said Matt Munish of Your STD Help. A similar  type of thing happened during the great black out of  1965. People were bored and ended up making many baby's nine months later.

The most common diseases according to Your STD Help were Herpes Simplex Virus 2, The Human Papilloma Virus, and Chlamydia. "We get our statistics through web stats and they don't lie." People have been going to the site looking for information regarding symptoms treatments and cures. "Are email in box is full of people asking for help". It's a big deal and people need to learn that there are consequences to their actions.

STD's are extremely easy to catch and already quite "popular" among the poor, young, and minorities. Your STD Help has set up a comprehensive list of free clinics across the US and urges everyone to get tested as soon as possible to help curb the rising cases of STDs.
