Hand-made from an old-world Sicilian recipe, Alberto’s Sicilian Cookies are 100% gluten free and 100% delicious. Crafted from almond and pistachio flour – not wheat flour – Alberto’s Sicilian Cookies are lactose free and contain no cholesterol, trans-fats or saturated fats.

The Alberto’s Sicilian Cookies story is all about family tradition. When Alberto was a little boy in Catania, Italy, he watched his grandmother make scrumptious cookies in her kitchen. They were so good that Alberto took careful notes on how these decadent treats were made, right down to the amount of each ingredient included, the temperature of the oven and the baking process – remembering to include a pinch of amore in every batch. Today, Alberto is proud to share this special taste of “the old country” with the world … and your family!
Alberto’s offers four mouth-watering varieties of soft and chewy cookies:
▪ Alberto’s original masterpiece, Sicilian Almond Cookies, are coated in powdered sugar, and are lactose free.
▪ Chocolate Covered Almond Cookies, also lactose free, are enrobed in rich, French dark chocolate, for an amazing taste sensation.
▪ White Chocolate Covered Pistachio Cookies are sure to please the most discerning gourmet palate.
▪ Espresso Flavored Almond Cookies Covered in White Chocolate tickle the taste buds with a hint of Italian espresso and Guittard white chocolate, and are embellished with a crunchy coffee bean.
Each cookie is individually wrapped. All varieties come in 8 oz. packages. Except for the Sicilian Almond Cookies, which are available throughout the year, all cookies ship from October 1st through March 31st of each year.
