It looks like Lil Wayne might be "Checking Into" Pop singer/songwriter Odain new album The Niado Hotel. Sources close to the deal say the Hip Hop superstar and his reps have been in negotiations to be featured on the Pop Singer's upcoming single for the album. The song which is not yet titled was tentatively scheduled be used for R&B Singer LLOYD'S record but was not released. Odain's rep state's "We have been approached by Universal/Cash Money Record's but we cannot confirm anything as of yet but we are hopeful" Odain's debut album Do You Niado was released in 2006 by the now 22 year old singer and was unable to find a major label home or major label distribution and received mixed reviews but the singer as pressed on with his career despite some pitfalls being featured as one of the 2008 Billboard Underground Artist and also performed at the 2007 Billboard Dance Music Summit, he is also pursuing his acting career. The possible collaboration would broaden the appeal for the artist (Odain) and also give him the commercial viability that he needs to cross-over and hit the mainstream. The single is scheduled to be released in February with a video to follow.
