Soderstrom said 157 new homes are planned in the first phase at Grand Reserve and Golf Club. Three, four and five bedroom homes are priced from the $250s to more than $600,000.
New homes at Grand Reserve and Golf Club range in size from 1,600 to more than 3,500 square feet of living space. Soderstrom said more than 100 home sites in the first phase front on the golf course.
