Culinary Farms Hires New Controller

Jan. 6, 2009 - PRLog -- Culinary Farms, a specialty food ingredient manufacturer based in Woodland, California, recently hired Baljit (Bal) Pattar as their new controller.

Pattar comes to Culinary Farms from the Legend Corporation, a hardwood flooring company where he served as chief operating officer. Pattar has over 20 years of progressive experience within the consumer and industrial product industry and possesses proven management, leadership and organizational skills. His depth of experience in the food industry comes from his years at Foster Farms and Beatrice Foods. Pattar’s responsibilities as controller for Culinary Farms include inventory management, supply chain operations, accounting functions and budgeting operations.

Pattar is a graduate of California State University, Stanislaus, where he earned a degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting in 1985. He is currently studying to receive a master’s degree in business administration from St. Mary’s College in March 2009.
