Translation system
Version 2.1.9 will introduce a brand new translation system which will make it easier for groups of translators to cooperate on translating Virtual Manager to other languages. If a translator has a better idea for a particular translation, they can add their own suggestion and the other translators can vote on which version should be part of the official translation.
If you are exceptionally talented in a particular language that you think Virtual Manager should be translated into, you can apply to become a translator by sending us a message through the support system.

Articles
As a new initiative in the Virtual Manager community, managers will now be able to write their own articles. The articles you write can contain pretty much anything, as long as they adhere to our general terms and conditions. The other managers who read your articles can rate and comment on them, and our editors may choose to feature your article on the news paper front page if they think it is interesting and well written.
The possibilities in the article system are endless. You can publish interviews with well-known managers, comment on the action in your league this season and so on. You can also write articles about issues that are not related to Virtual Manager.
Press releases
The current implementation of the press release system has been needing an update for some time now. In version 2.1.9 we have completely reworked the press release system and added some new features. In the new version, you will be able to edit your press releases and you can comment on other managers' press releases. Additionally, the press releases overview page found on the Status pages, will now only show press releases written in your own language.
