Jan. 5, 2009 - PRLog -- Local Business Coach Steve Pitcairn of ActionCOACH has received a “Partners in Excellence” Award from the SBA for his work as the lead facilitator for the Small Business Administration’s Emerging 200 initiative in Memphis.

The SBA Emerging 200 initiative enables the participating small businesses to engage in an intensive curriculum focused on developing a winning, expansion strategy for their business.  The goal of this initiative in 10 key cities was to identify 200 inner-city businesses across the country that show a high potential for growth—and to provide them the training, resources and motivation required to build a sustainable business of size and scale within a designated inner-city geographic location.
