Prior to joining IFG, Patrick spent many years as Talent Acquisition Supervisor at General Parts Inc. / CARQUEST where he hired over 150 professionals. From 2005 – 2006, Patrick was a Senior Technical Recruiter at Quintiles Transnational, he was a SR Staffing Manager at Research Triangle Institute International (“RTI”) from 2002 -2005. He also held recruiting positions at Glaxo-SmithKline and Nortel Networks.
