New Author, Maryann Paige, releases Hidden Shadows

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 4, 2009 - Tommy sped into his mother’s driveway shut off the car and ran into her house. Once inside the living room, he closed the curtains.  He peeked out from in between the drawn drapes looking for them.

“Thomas! What are you doing?” Katrina asked.

“Ma, something is after me,” he replied nervously.

“What?”

“I don’t know. It hurt me. Look at my face,” he whispered, pointing to his back eye, “It scratched my entire back up, too.”

Katrina walked over to him and lifted his shirt. “Oh my God, Tommy, what happened here?”

“I’m scared, Ma, really scared. I hear them calling to me. I wake up in the woods and don’t know how I got there.  Something evil is after me.”

“Hidden Shadows,” set in the Hudson Valley, takes you on a heart thumping ride into a paranormal realm.  This work of fiction is filled with suspense that will leave you on the edge of your seat wondering what’s going to happen next.  Maryann’s inspiration for the novel came from her younger son, who claims to have been visited, and still is, by the shadow people.  As the phenomenon grows, more people come to recognize these beings as something real.  Just ask Maryann.  I know she believes.
