Obi Obadike is a former top Division I Sprinter at Cal State Fullerton where he held the title as the fastest man in school history and a graduate there. He has a B.A in Communications and a B.S. in computer networking. His love for fitness came from being a former athlete in college. He broke into sports modeling when he was in college and had a very successful career with over 8 national commercials and over 15 print ad campaigns. He broke into the fitness industry in 2008 and has made quick rise in the industry. He broke many barriers by being the first African-American male fitness model to land an international supplement ad for Dymatize Nutrition. He also was part of the first black male and female fitness model couple on a U.S fitness magazine cover for Max Sports and Fitness.
He also was part of first black male and female fitness model couple on the cover of a Canadian fitness magazine. He is regarded in the fitness industry as having one of the best abs in the business. Critical Bench.com recently named Obadike the most ripped fitness model on the planet in January of 2009.
He has had been a personal trainer off and on for the last 10 years. He plans to use his success as a cover fitness model to propel his online personal training business. He also was a freelance writer for clarkbartram.com and Inside Fitness Magazine. His goals in fitness modeling are to help revolutionize the fitness industry by using his success to help minorities in fitness modeling.
