Elliott Davis, LLC Adds Professional in Charlotte

PR Log (Press Release) – Jan 02, 2009 – CHARLOTTE, N.C., – Elliott Davis, LLC, one of the largest accounting, tax and consulting services firms in the Southeast, announces the addition of Linda Fiel as manager for the firm’s recently-expanded business valuation services.

Located in the Charlotte office, Fiel is responsible for directing and controlling business valuation engagements from planning to completion; working with shareholders to develop and maintain quality controls; developing and training staff to assist with business valuation projects; and assisting shareholders with referral sources.
Prior to joining Elliott Davis in October 2008, Fiel served as a manager with ValuePoint Consulting Group, a specialized practice of Pershing Yoakley and Associates, where she performed over 100 business valuations. These services included valuations for joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, lease rates, equity buy-in, and hospital-based physician service agreements.  
Fiel earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the College of William and Mary, and a master’s degree in business administration with a finance concentration from the University of Tennessee.
She is an accredited member (AM) with the American Society of Appraisers’ business valuation division.
