An American Red Cross Bloodmobile will be parked in the front lot of Advance Realty Solutions January 12th from 10 Am-4 PM. Although the annual blood drive is normally held in June, this additional blood drive was organized at the request of the Red Cross to help meet the needs of the area’s critically low blood supply levels. The Red Cross will enter every donor into a drawing for a $25 gas card. To further encourage attendance, The Baltimore Comedy Factory has generously donated 200 free admission tickets, normally $17 each, that can be used for any comedy show through March.
Harry Blondell Advance Realty CEO, states, "We are extremely pleased that the Baltimore Comedy Factory stepped up as a sponsor for this Red Cross Blood Drive. This partnership shows that community spirit is still alive and we look forward to working together in the future for this great cause.”
Donors can walk away with a smile knowing they’ve saved a life and will enjoy a night out with friends or loved ones in the name of a good cause, and may even win a gas card to pay their fuel expenses for their night out.
Advance Realty, known for its low 1.75% fee and expert full-service offering, was established in 2001 in Baltimore Maryland and developed as a new real estate franchise that would end the pattern of climbing fees so commonly associated with real estate. Through the “List More, Sell More” system, agents are offered the most incentive-rich, income-producing program available in the trade. Now with offices in multiple states, the company offers complete real estate services and money-saving programs to clients in addition to numerous agent benefits including profit sharing, integrated real estate technologies and comprehensive training.
