Ted has 13+ years of experience as a Project Manager both inside and outside of State government in the United States. Ted previously managed offices and campaigns for several Pennsylvania State Representatives. He served as Director of the Policy Committee for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, where he managed legislative issues, including the preparation and passage of legislation.
