October of 2008 was one of the most difficult times for the PPI Global Company. After recent trouble with local law enforcement, the PPI Global lawyers and support team have decided to re-open the business for the 2009 year. "It wasn't what I planned to do," stated Calabrese, The owner of PPI Global Company.
PPI Global owns five other sub-companies with more companies in the making. JC Surveillance, PPI Global's biggest retail company was abruptly halted in late 2008 because of local trademark infringement by one of Americas largest energy drink companies. According to Calabrese, he was fully legal to sell the items he was selling. According to several lawyers and other PPI Global vendors, Calabrese was not at fault. With the economy on a downfall, JC Surveillance did not loose too much money in the long run. PPI Global's four other companies were open during the holiday season and did great considering the awful economy.
Now that JC Surveillance is back open, PPI Global will continue sales without any trademark problems at this time. PPI Global lawyers and security department will be on call in the event another law office attempts to re-sue PPI Global for trademark infringement.
