Clients will have access to a client data sheet from the company website. The completed form is then faxed or e-mailed to the office. After a verification process, the return is prepared. Safeguards have been put in place to ensure security and prevent identity theft.
“We take the issue of privacy and confidentiality very seriously. Information is not collected and sold to any third party. Also, each client is issued a unique identification number. In order to receive any information regarding their return, they must supply the identification number or answer the security question,” Brown stresses.
