In co-operation with the University of Business and Finance (UBFS) Switzerland, King’s Kurry has assembled a world-class English-speaking faculty which will cover every aspect of Indian cuisine and restaurant business, management and entrepreneurship – including standardisation of procedures, day to day restaurant accounting, strategy, organisational and marketing skills for successful business.
King’s Kurry, founded in 2002, is reputed to be the best Indian cuisine company in continental Europe, with five outlets in Zurich, and already selling its convenience foods and drinks through some 500 Migros and Edeka outlets in Switzerland and Germany.
