Do your own research and you'll find both the positive and negative about the HCG Diet...probably the best book on the subject is Kevin Trudeau's book "The Weight loss Cure"...he really breaks it down very well...however, he fails to mention where you can purchase supplies and even find HCG...I would recommend reading his book...
