Forest Hills is a very popular area of North Vancouver located just up the hill from Capilano Highlands and Edgemont Village. It is a smaller geographic area but very popular nonetheless.
There were eight listings in Forest Hills available on the market for the month. The highest priced listing was at $2,149,000, the lowest was at $675,000. The average list price at $1,419,220, the average days on the market at 78.
Four of the properties listed reduced their prices from anywhere between $22,000 to $124,000. The average price reduction was $69,000, the largest price reduction was $124,000. The average time spent on the market for these properties was 91.
There was one property that failed to sell which sat on the market for 162 days and one home that sold. It also happened to be the second lowest priced home for sale in Forest Hills. This home sold $44,000 below its list price and went for $635,000.
