A comprehensive evaluation is conducted and includes a review of past surgical and medical records, lab reports, x-ray reports, MRI reports, and other pertinent information. The evaluation concludes with a diagnostic assessment and treatment plan.

Dr. Sanford Epstein is a 1973 graduate of the Des Moines University, College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery.
