The National Disaster Reconstruction Expo (NDRExpo) is currently accepting papers for its debut conference program launching June 17-18, 2009 at the Morial New Orleans Convention Center. Papers should address topics relevant to the numerous vertical markets associated with disaster preparation, response, recovery and rebuilding.
Among those speakers and sessions already scheduled are FEMA’s Assistant Administrator of Mitigation; Aid Matrix Foundation’s President and CEO, Scott McCallum; Col. Alvin B. “Al” Lee, the New Orleans District’s 60th commander and district engineer; and the Restoration Industry Association’
