CBEN provide an awards system in grades of bronze, silver and gold. They send out an environmental consultant who assesses what the environmental practices are at present and then they develop an Environment Management System (EMS). This is then adhered to and shows the commitment that business has to the environment.

Their primary services are printing, banner stands, exhibition stands, display systems, design and website production and their printing services are primarily digital and as such do not use printing plates or any chemicals. Paper wastage is minimal as the make ready process is usually only a few sheets, unlike conventional print. They advise clients on the benefits of printing only what is required with print on-demand. Where conventional print is used there is an aim for the majority to be FSC* approved.
