Coaches were judged based upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – which reflected the total amounts banked by the firms.
Neil Sinclair’s firm based in the United Kingdom was positioned at the number one spot, making it the number one business coaching firm in the U.K.
“Neil and his team are setting a great example for others within the coaching community to follow,” ActionCOACH CEO Brad Sugars said. “Neil is extremely proactive and has a great team backing him up.”
Sinclair finds being part of the ActionCOACH community to be extremely exciting and rewarding – especially during these economic times, when a lot of businesses and their owners are struggling to adapt to the tougher economic environment.
“We know we can improve every business - we just need to have the business owner 'open up to new advice and ‘re-education’
Sinclair believes he and his team are capable of guaranteeing results for small businesses.
“Our facilitative style works very well. And as long as owners are willing to put in 4-5 hours of work each week – we can guarantee results for them in their businesses through our coaching service.”
Sinclair has a solid plan for 2009.
“In 2009, we are planning to expand further by increasing the size of our coaching team in Milton Keynes from four to seven coaches servicing predominantly the Milton Keynes, Northampton and Bedford areas,” he said.
