Best Sales Books of 2008 honors have gone to two of WBusiness Books’ sales education books, including a Gold Medal for “Reality Sells,” and a Silver Medal for “Soar Despite Your Dodo Sales Manager.”
 
Dec. 22, 2008 - PRLog -- El Monte, Calif -- Best Sales Books of 2008 honors have gone to two of  WBusiness Books’ sales education books, including a Gold Medal for “Reality Sells,” authored by Bill Guertin and Andrew Corbus, and a Silver Medal for “Soar Despite Your Dodo Sales Manager,” authored by Lee B. Salz, announced Arthur Chou, publisher.

Additionally, the two books were named among the top 12 Landslide Sales Book of the Year Finalists, Chou said.

Of the Best Sales Books of 2008 winners, two are from WBusiness Books, two are from Simon & Schuster, and two are from McGraw-Hill.

“Reality Sells,” written by Bill Guertin and Andrew Corbus, received a gold medal in the awards program’s Sales Methodology / Process category, while “Soar Despite Your Dodo Sales Manager,” written by Lee B. Salz, received a silver medal in the Sales Motivation category.

“We’re deeply honored by the judges’ decision,” said Corbus. “We’ve seen the trend toward authenticity in business for several years, and with all the current media coverage on those who have misrepresented themselves, the message of ‘Reality Sells’ is even more relevant to anyone involved in selling.”
