Flash Drive technology leader, Flash Drive Direct is being consolidated under its parent companies brand, Blue Loyal. Flash Drive Direct has been a major player in the 6 billion dollar (USD) promotional products industry over the past 5 years. The move is designed to strengthen the Flash Drive Direct brand by drawing it under the Blue Loyal moniker so FDD can take advantages of scale and of Blue Loyals major investment in it Shenzen China electronics factory.
The new company will also include the digital picture frame division that has for the past 3 years operated under the brand USB Digital Frames. USB Digital Frames has expanded rapidly in the past year coinciding with the alignment of their production with Amlogic software and LG Electronics LCD screens.
“Despite fluctuations in the market due to the recent economic crisis we believe we will grow 35% over the next fiscal year” states John Graham, sales director for Blue Loyal. “By eliminating any duplication of services and positions and leveraging our brand equity Blue Loyal is poised for growth despite market trends”, concludes Graham.
Earlier this year Blue Loyal bought controlling interest in a Shenzen China electronics factory. This acquisition allowed Blue Loyal (and now Flash Drive Direct and USB Digital Frames) to take cost savings advantage of the newly vertical business model. January 1st 2009 is the official launch of the newly integrated website Blueloyal.com and it will include all of the Flash Drive Direct and USB Digital Frames products and services.
