M Shannon Consulting is providing a new program for today‘s youth. University of Manners is designed to teach Los Angeles youth how to behave properly in all social situations as well as learn how to follow a recipe. M Shannon Consulting offers etiquette classes to youth, schools, church groups and organizations in California by lectures, activities, role-playing and games.
M Shannon Consulting will provide classes once a week for a six month period. The students will have a series of classes that will help them enhance their personal growth. For example, students will learn proper table manners. How to properly use eating utensils, cut foods and behave at their dinner table or when dining in a restaurant. At the conclusion of this program students participate in an elegant formal ball. Students will also be provided with dance lessons prior to the ball for dances. University of Manners is a program designed to provide youth with some of the dos and don’ts and how to do in today’s society.
M Shannon Consulting provides youth with a more creative approach to learning etiquette than most etiquette consultants. M Shannon Consulting’s President Michelle Shannon stated, “Today our youth are basically raising themselves. They need to know what is socially expected of them as they are growing up. I feel strongly that this program will benefit our youth, not just by teaching them etiquette but also by offering several additional lessons including home economics which are both very much needed in our community. When a child begins to get older certain situations are not longer funny. They become embarrassing to the parent, and often, to the child too”.
M Shannon Consulting provides a wide range of etiquette consulting services, including in-home etiquette parties or gatherings, one-on-one coaching, group classes and workshops, teleseminars and telephone training.
