Tampa, FL and San Diego, CA -- BeneTrac, a Paychex company and provider of powerful, web-based electronic enrollment and employee benefits administration software, today announced Summer Hamilton as regional sales director for the state of Florida. Based out of Tampa, Hamilton will work with carriers, brokers, human resources professionals, and benefits administrators across the state to help them migrate to BeneTrac’s automated employee benefits management technology from traditional paper-laden or other less automated systems.
Hamilton draws on previous senior sales roles at benefits-related organizations, such as Assurant Employee Benefits and Genworth Financial. She has a Master of Science degree in sports administration and business management and Bachelor of Science degrees in psychology and sociology from Florida State University, where she was a full scholarship athlete and graduated a member of the Psi Chi and Alpha Kappa Delta Honors Societies.
