Alexandria, VA and San Diego, CA -- BeneTrac, a Paychex company and provider of powerful, web-based electronic enrollment and employee benefits administration software, today announced Ronald Chipres as regional sales director for Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. Chipres will work with brokers, carriers, human resources professionals, and benefits administrators to help them migrate to BeneTrac’s automated employee benefits management technology from traditional paper-laden or other less automated systems.
Chipres is based in Alexandria, Virginia and draws on 30 years of experience in the insurance and dental industries. Formerly, he was director, Network Recruitment, at Group Dental Service/DenexDental and was the national director of sales at Dental Health Alliance LLC. Before that he held senior roles at Dental Benefit Providers, Inc., where he worked directly with carriers, insurance companies, and brokers across the East coast. He has also worked in the life insurance industry and has held licenses in Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., and California. Chipres attended Orange Coast College and East Los Angeles College.
