Named 2008 AutocheX Premier Achiever Award for Excellence in Customer Service and Satisfaction
ROCHESTER HILLS, MI; November 6, 2008 — COLLEX COLLISION OF ROCHESTER was recognized as a 2008 AutocheX Premier Achiever for outstanding customer satisfaction at the seventh annual AutocheX Premier Achiever Awards ceremony and reception on November 6, 2008. The event was held in Las Vegas in conjunction with the International Autobody Congress and Exposition (NACE).
The Premier Achiever Award recognizes collision repair facilities that consistently demonstrate their commitment to customer care as reflected by their superior customer satisfaction scores. The Class of 2008 Premier Achievers attained customer satisfaction scores in the top five percent of facilities that use the AutocheX service throughout the United States and Canada.
