When ActionCOACH started its executive coaching program in November this year, Ken Zelazny – a Business Coach with the company – decided to add this new certification to his existing qualifications.
Part of the decision was due to his corporate and international experience. He not only owns an ActionCOACH business coaching firm in Ontario, Canada, his background also includes more than 20 years of prior corporate experience.
“There is a need for leadership and team development in the corporate sector,” he said. “Executive coaching has become a necessity to grow and stretch from a performance perspective;
Zelazny’s involvement to engage into executive coaching will allow him to bring a more entrepreneurial and global perspective to his executive clients.
“Achieving better performance, building leadership skills and developing teams are the keys to executive coaching,” he said.
