Silver*Ware Studios Has Plans to Join the Comic Book Movie Franchise.

PR Log (Press Release) – Dec 14, 2008 – In the non-tradition of the superhero movie franchise such as Ironman, The Incredible Hulk, and Spider-man; SWSI has plans to come out with their own comic book, feature film. One that sits on the top of their Consideration List is Todd McFarlane’s comic book, Spawn.

Todd stated in a MTV Interview, “Yeah, I've already begun the screenplay. It was in my head for a long time. We had New Line and then it went over to Sony. Then I had a couple of meetings with other people and we got pretty close. But I could see they just weren't quite on the same page as what I wanted to do, so I just said, "Nah, that's OK."

Reading that interview, Founder/CEO, Travis Ware felt that they could be the right studio to film this movie. Todd plans for the film, Spawn 2 to be released in 2010. This will give SWSI enough time to build their studio and assist him with whatever he would need of his film. This will be after Todd gets through writing the script.

Travis stated, “Yeah, we’ll have everything that’s needed to make the film, but we’re more concerned with Todd’s vision of how he wants to produce and direct the film.”

SWSI has yet to approach the writer, but has plans to soon. The studio is scheduled to go into construction and will continue for six months in the early part of next year. There is still no word on the exact location of the property, but there are picture of the property on their website. SWSI motto is ‘to keep the vision of the film maker and make it come to life.’ Can you understand the multitude?
