The Thayer’s lavish cocktail party includes a fresh seafood bar, pasta station, flambé duck station, blackened beef canapés, quiche Lorraine, and brie en croute.

The full sit-down dinner menu begins with vine-ripe tomatoes with fresh mozzarella and pesto oil, wild mushroom and chicken volauvent, or petit marmite, followed by baby field greens with marinated mushrooms and champagne vinaigrette.  For entrees, choose between roasted sliced tenderloin of beef with truffle bordelaise sauce, baked crabmeat stuffed shrimp, or chicken cordon bleu with bercy sauce.   Entrees are served with fresh asparagus and au gratin potatoes.
