Equinox Restaurant officially opened its doors in November 2001 as part of the swanky and chic Equinox Complex, which boasts five contemporary restaurants and bars as well as intimate private dining rooms. The restaurant emphasises simple, yet bold design elements; four three-storey high teak and rice paper lanterns, suspended Ming-inspired wooden trellises and a luminous floor-to ceiling wall of mother of pearl make simply stunning statements.
