MBody Strength, a fitness company based in Orange County, California, has created an online database of exercise videos and descriptions along with a series of video and written workout programs. The company hopes to encourage more people to try kettlebell training and use the demonstrations and workouts to get into better shape.
“We’re putting together as much fitness and exercise information as possible online,” stated Marcus Martinez, MBody’s founder and member. “We’d like to create a central database of workout information that people can use to reach their fitness goals.”
The exercise database includes kettlebell, body weight, and standard gym exercises, featured with videos and step-by-step instructions. The workout program database gives detailed workout programs including the exercises, sets, and reps used for each one, along with helpful workout tips and notes.
The website also features free articles, a store containing workout clothing, equipment, how-to books and dvds, and gives detailed descriptions of the MBody Strength fitness services currently being offering to residents of Orange County, California.
“At MBody Strength, we’re concerned with helping people reach their fitness goals in any way possible,” said Marcus Martinez. “In addition to all the free information we offer online, we also invite people to ask us questions concerning fitness and exercise.”
