In Sales Support, Lutho’s clients and other users can ask questions about the workings and features of the Lutho system to make sure that it will cater for their needs, in addition to making sure that the costs, refund policies and contract terms will meet their criteria. The Technical support section will cater for all questions or suggestions relating to the Lutho® Builder, the Lutho® Control Panel and the setting up of an email account. Gratia Botes, Lutho’s Support and Public Relations Manager, revealed that the company intends to approach industry experts to contribute to the forum and to stimulate discussion for the benefit of the SMEs. “At some future stage we will also be looking at working with other SME forums to share contributions,”
