CARY, NC – Katie Page, an organizing consultant with Minding Your Matters®, has earned a Certificate of Study in Understanding the Needs of the Student Chronically Disorganized Client from the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD).
“We are proud of Katie’s desire to deepen her understanding of the challenges our clients of all ages may face,” said Janice Russell, Overseer of Order at Minding Your Matters®, “because disorganization can impact individuals in every stage of life.”
This certificate encompasses the specialized needs of students who face the challenges of being chronically disorganized. Organizing skills are not typically taught in school, yet society expects individuals of all ages, including children and young adults, to be organized. To earn this certificate, Page was required to attend courses that explored topics ranging from calendaring techniques for ADD students to creating successful study environments. Prior to completing this coursework, Page earned a Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization (CD) as well as other certificates of study from NSGCD.
“Earning each certificate from the NSGCD broadens my abilities to help each client in a personalized way,” said Page.
