LOS ANGELES – Wingstop, awarded Best Overall Company 2008 by the American Business Awards, has landed again in Los Angles. Donald Beverly and Dale Johnson of D&D Restaurants, Inc.just opened their third Wingstop at 1754 W. Slauson Ave, Ste. A, on the southeast corner of Slauson and Western.
The store is in Slauson and Western Shopping Center and is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m daily. To contact the new Wingstop or to place take out orders, call (323) 293-WING (9464).
Wingstop’s signature bone-in chicken wings and boneless wing strips are prepared fresh and are available in nine proprietary flavors. Both types of wings are made-to-order and there are no heat lamps, microwaves or holding bins in the store. Side dishes are made from scratch and prepared daily in each location. Party platters are available for catered events such as office parties, family gatherings and sporting events.
“We’re so happy to be open and thankful for the support that has allowed us to expand into this location,” said Beverly. “We look forward to everyone coming by to try us out.”
This marks the third location for Beverly and Johnson who opened their first location on Sunset and their second at USC. They currently have a fourth Wingstop under development at 84th and Vermont in the new county building.
“We should be in the new county building location by the new year. It’s a beautiful building and we are looking forward to our opening there as well,” said Beverly.
The partners plan to open 10 Wingstops in total.
